I have an un-networked PC I just installed with a fresh copy of Office 2k3 and it has winword.exe in all caps. That is incorrect about winword.exe being in all caps and being a virus. It is NOT a virus if its in all caps!! even if you don't have word, it runs when u run outlook. I Got one of these in my computer this week and removed it. If the MS Word is not runninig and this process appears on the table it's certainly a Trojan (Password Keeper).
